IMPACT Folsom - Theodore Judah School

Saturday, September 11, 2010, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

This is an opportunity for the whole family to serve together, as we share love of Jesus with our community. The Impact projects are designed to “serve our community for Jesus” through community service projects. We are inviting everyone from the community to join us. We have invited the PTA and have place posters about the event around town.

Please join us as we serve the students of Theodore Judah Elementary School. Come for an hour or two, or join us for the whole day. All ages welcome.

9/11 IMPACT Folsom @ Theodore Judah Elementary School

When: 8:30 am, Saturday, September 11, 2010

Morning Shift: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm

Afternoon Shift: 12:30 pm - 4:30

Itinerary: 8:00 am - 8:30 am - Prayer Huddle (Pray for the school, kids and community)

8:00 am - 8:30 am - Coffee, juice, doughnuts and fruit (free morning snacks)

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm - FREE Lunch

On Saturday, September 11, 2010, we will be meeting at the following location:

The project includes:

· Prayer

· Planting Flowers

· Weeding

· Trimming

· Sprinkler & Pipe Repair

· New Bender Board

· New Planter Bark

· General Cleanup

· And LOTS of FUN meeting new friends

Project Team Leads Needed:

· Materials Coordinator (we have a grant from Lowes)

· Flower Planting Coordinator

· Bender Board Team Coordinator

· Planter Bark Coordinator

· Campus Cleanup Coordinator

· Prayer Coordinator

· Volunteer Coordinator
